  1. There seems to be 3 types of schedulers. One is scheduling one-on-one appointments with me. Second is finding a meeting time but with fixed time slots. Third and what I can’t find is finding a common meeting time for multiple people over a range of possible times. For instance out of the time period 9AM to 5PM please mark off when you are available for 90 minutes. Some people may mark off 9AM to 12 noon, someone else may mark off 10:15 to 2PM. In the overlap I’ll find a 90 minute common period and it might be 11:30 to 1PM. ScheduleOnce used to do that but they have switched to an appointment model.
