  1. i had to try step 5. My file was labeled “slmgr.vbs.disabled”. I tried to rename it by removing the “disabled” but the system wont let me make the change. I keep getting an error that said
    “You need permission for this action
    You require permission from SYSTEM top make changes to this file.”

Hello. i need some help here if you can. i can provide you with every detail you may need but please healp me. i’m trying to delete the genuine message with your advices that gave me from the articles but it’s not working. especially i delete the update (K971033), i renamed the slmgr.vbs in system32 cause it had the REMOVEWAT and i delete the slui.exe. and nothing happened. By the way, in the cmd ( i ran it as admin) i tried both of the resolves you gave (slmgr -rearm) and (slmgr /rearm) and i have the same message that ‘slmgr’ is not recognized. can you help me please? is there any other solution? thank you
